I’m Meghan, a counselling therapist and the founder of Forge Counselling and Psychotherapy. I work with people who are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives, whether it is in their work, relationships, or the way they care for themselves.
Before becoming a counselling therapist, I spent the better part of a decade studying and practicing massage therapy. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for how emotional and physical health are connected, and how change happens when we address both.
My approach is collaborative, straightforward, and grounded in proven methods like CBT, ACT, and strengths-based counselling. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you, and take steps toward lasting, meaningful change.
